Suicide is painless...

The crisp night air lay around the place, as the young girl walked into the park, as if the warnings of the night meant nothing to her. They were, after all, on deaf ears. She wouldn't have it, being around others, when she was so sure she could get out here, on her own, to be on her own. She didn't smile, though on the inside there was a very slight one, as she wondered into the place.

It was a very dark night, the moon hidden by the thick clouds that loomed in the sky, hiding away the crescent moon for her sight. Thin lamps loomed high in the sky, washing over scenes of light hear and there, scattering out the rays in a circular way as far as they would wash.

She sighed. Even here, it was a dull way of existing, and back home she would only be surrounded by fake, plastic smiles that seemed to wonder everywhere. They were 'worried' about her a lot of times, though she couldn't really believe them. Behind those masks, the forms lay terrible monsters. Although she'd never seen the human in them, she knew it was there, for they were human beings after all, and she knew she needed to stay as far from them as she could managed.

And, after all, if they cared, and truly cared about her, then this was for the best anyways. They couldn't have the need to worry, if she wasn't around them, or the want to destroy her inch by inch, if she didn't let them close to her. No, she'd rather just stay as far away as she could.

But...then she'd get dragged back...to that place. Full of whiteness. And a hospital you could call it, but so much worse. She didn't even know about the new doctor here, or did she have a faint clue, seeing as she and her family barely moved here not long ago, but she didn't want to stay either. She didn't want to stay anywhere, though.

Oh, the pathetic thoughts of a nineteen year old, trapped with two other humans... She sighed, looking off in a direction, finding a bench, and sitting down on it for a moment. The Mental Institution....they were up to something. She was sure she didn't tell them shit about what had happened to her...and yet they still found out. Why she killed them. And they felt bad for her.

Did they not see the monster that she was? Did they not realized that she'd committed a real crime? Did they not get any of it? Or did they think locking her in a cell, strapped down in a white jacket, hands hugging herself for a year or so was punishment for it. It just gave her time to think though.

Like now....peace. Until she had to return home...

....It brings on many changes.

There was a muffled screech and a small jerk as the large contraption stopped. Yellow green eyes opened behind dark glasses and the large man let out a sleepy sigh. He hated bus rides, the confined scent of so many people made him nauseous. But it was the cheapest way of reaching this town; besides walking. After removing the glasses, it obviously being too dark to wear them, the blonde haired figured stood on his stiff legs and walked down the aisle slightly hunched over due to his height. Outside the fresh air almost immediately gave him satisfaction of the slight motion sickness. It was a nice smelling place, and fairly quiet too besides a few dogs barking in the background mixed with traffic.

After the bus roared away, the wolf found himself instinctually walking towards the trees and grass with his bag of belongings swung over his shoulder, and hands inside the wool pockets of his jacket. There was nothing useful in the park, but he decided he needed the fresh air even if parks typically had crime causing trouble makers at night. It looked quiet enough.

He walked slowly, looking to the clear sky to see if the moon was there...enjoying the coolness of the temperature tonight. The heat was a damn annoyance, and through the years the man found himself traveling further north; whether it was a way to escape the heat of the south or if it was just a subconscious want to go home. This place though, didn't look like the kind of town he was looking for. If he wouldn't find some way to earn a quick buck it was likely he would move on. But for now he would rest awhile.

Naturally he headed towards the nearest bench, but as soon as one came in sight he immediately saw the form sitting upon it. Unusually, it was a girl, alone. As he came closer and could see her better, he felt there was something unusual about her, though he couldn't place why. Maybe her isolation was the only thing that struck odd to him, or it was the unnatural color in her hair. Kids these days however were always playing with their appearances.

Pulling his hands out from his pockets, knuckles red from fist fighting, Ian made no hesitation in sitting down at the other side of the bench. He decided he wouldn't move on to another just because of a stranger. It also could've been his curiosity, though normally he refrained from directly acting on it. In any case, he leant back and let his arms hang over the back of the bench to relax, waiting to see what she would do.

She watched the the other human approached the area, taking a seat upon the same bench as her. She immediately felt unease, for the sake of another human around her. She didn't think of the crime rate, or the higher risk of simple things like kidnapping most would associate with the dark, no she was keeping it pretty simple in her mind complex, and leveling to it that he was a human and that's all the reason she needed to want to be away from him. But, she wasn't leaving the bench, either. She wouldn't raise his suspicions. It's not he could sense that she's wasn't very friendly with her own kind. Humans weren't smart enough to do that.

No, she stared off, with a harsh glare in another direction, taking no more information down about him than the fact that he was an adult, by looks standards. She glared at the ground, the cold earth before her with the night air swirling around them, decently warm in her own opinion, as she sat there. She was heading home after this, after all, so might as well make it last as long as it could.

And she liked the night as it was. The moon was a glorious sight, after all. The fuller, the better. A big, round blob in the sky, circular, staring back at her, reassuring in its own ways. She smiled lightly, looking up to the sky, expecting to stop the moon, but quickly dropped her only expression, as she spotted nothing. A few stars though, scattered and some outlines of very few clouds in the sky. Nothing beyond that. She shook her head, looking back to the ground.

It would be something, to go traveling on the paths right now. It would get things off my mind better, if there are night creatures to be seen. I can humor myself with being able to find them, at least. She noted in the thick of her mind, as she sat there, in the dead of silence, unwilling to make conversation with the other.

The man waited, but there were no words and even little response. He did notice the uneasiness she had, which was to be expected. Honestly he got that reaction commonly enough due to his size, though some might say it had to do with his lack of friendliness. Being what he was, he could read her behavior clearly....uncomfortable, irritated...Maybe he would just leave her alone. It was all too easy to get in trouble for hanging around a young girl alone at night. And someone like him, who couldn't even bring up enough money to buy a shrit, wouldn't look like a very innocent man.

Seeing she wasn't about to speak, he decided to do it himself, though he was hardly a conversationalist. "It is a good night." His voice was low and bold, a trait from his heritage. "But it feels dead without the moon." He continued honestly. When he saw the great white disc in the sky, his instincts burned uncontrollably so that he would want to transform; to run, attack, be something wild. Though he feared the feeling, he still looked forward to those bright nights.

"Do you know of a low costing place that I could sleep?" If not, he may be stuck with finding some spot in the park. Again. Though maybe he didn't really mind in the end.

Pale blue eyes, icy blue to be exact though they weren't a sign of blindness upon her, just a sign of the coloration they'd adopted for themselves, loomed out with their gaze towards the guy for a few seconds, before flipping themselves upon the sky again. Wide, and luminous, but oh so lonely without the moon, her frown only deepened on her face, as she kept the stare upon the sky, always waiting. She was sure tonight was to be a night with a moon, and she was hoping the clouds would all blow away to show it, even if for a few short seconds at best. Just to have a glimpse at the huge orb that always hung in the night sky.

She sighed, annoyed slightly, getting to the point of wanting to wonder why the place was always packed with humans. One was packed to her, though it was better than in the break of the day. Then thousands would swarm in, here and there, giving almost no spot within the whole of the place for resting and escaping from them, and the sounds of them. She shook her head lightly, full of thought, wondering why she shouldn't just uproot, and take for a far off place far away.

Maybe it would seem like child's play, musing with the thoughts of becoming reclusive in behavior, and harboring herself far into the thick of woods for survival. She's survived far worse than what starvation or what the worse of animals had to offer, and she knew it in the deep of her mind that it was the best thing to offer herself, to get away from everyone permanently.

But who was to say she wouldn't even be found? The moon...The guy was right, she noted, looking at the sky, and taking it back into her eyes fully again, as he spoke. It seemed empty, and without life. It was bare and blank, missing a card slot of instructions. Missing...everything that made it what it was...It was..space. It was an item that took up, and occupied space, without the moon in it. Especially with the stars mostly being covered, thanks to the loveliness of the clouds.

"Yeah..it's missing it's soul." She noted, without the slightest turn to the man, but in a kind, and true voice. It was the complete, honest thought that was harbored in her mind, and might have been the most anyone's gotten out of her since the break from the Mental Institution. Though, the sheer fact her went from the normal of introductions, to a simple remark was something that was out of the normal too, and probably put her at ease.

Maybe it was more of the possibility he was just saying that, and not even directing it towards anything, but because it was a thought upon his brain that made it easy for her to comment back. Maybe it was because he'd made a comment about one of her loves in life. The ocean...and the moon. There were few things anymore that could wow, or excite her, but those two things were still strong in meaning to her.

And it gave her another reason to get out of the house for the moment, in the dead of night as she often did, as if there were no dangers in the world. Because...night was the safest time to her. It calmed her more than the day, when she was staring at the deep, night sky, with a bright moon reflecting right back into her own orbs.

She smiled, as the clouds passed by, and the moon shone through. A full, and true smile, that no one's ever had the chance to see, who's not been around her in the dead of night. If you knew her by night, it probably was nothing to see a random girl, that looked more lost than anything, all alone at night, smiling and staring at the sky, lost in thought. She could stay like that...thinking of almost nothing at all for the matter of the moment, but just the sky above, and the moment of the night.

She knew it would have to end though, just as clouds quickly swallowed up the moon again, hiding it from everyone. It was a lovely sight, a cut, a slice lining the sky, like a curved line, and shining back at the rest of the world with its light glow..

His next statement, however, had her off guard. "No, I don't. In the middle of town...anywhere might be something. I'm not much of a person to ask about this town." The this town came off more as a remark towards everything human, as if it should have never been built in the first place, and as she said so, a flickering flame of hatred shot straight through her eyes, though quickly disappeared off, and returned to her emotionless state again. "Sorry." She said, to apologize for not being much of any type of help...but it felt...empty. More of a sorry used to through out there, as if it was natural, without any type of feeling to it. A word, not even speech. Just as it was created, nothing but a word...
